A musician, bass player, arranger and composer – Roberto Fasciani
Born in 1979, starts playing at the age of 15 and studied with bass masters as Massimo Moriconi, Gianfranco Gullotto, Luca Pirozzi, Marco Siniscalco, Mario Guarini, Andrea Avena, Carlo Zaratti, Massimo Fedeli, Stefano Fresi, just to name a few.
Fasciani has played with Michael Angelo Batio, Leon Hendrix (brother of legendary Jimi), Graham Oliver (Saxon), Stan Skibby, BFH (Maurizio Boco and Mats Hedberg), Fabio Frizzi and Octopus Orchestra; Dogmate; and many more top notch musicians. He was finalist in bass contest Euro Bass Day in 2005 and attended Alain Caron, Jeff Berlin, Darryl Jones, Matthew Garrison and Hadrien Feraud clinics.
Currently, he plays with Fabio Frizzi for “Frizzi2 Fulci”, Dogmate, Los Bastardos, Ilenia Volpe, Trio Blue Experience alongside Fulvio Feliciano and Pino Liberti.
Fasciani is also a session bassist and a bass teacher. He teaches at the Artidee, Music Village Institute, and Octopus Music Factory in Rome; and also as a private teacher.
Well versed in rock/progressive music, but also teaches jazz, pop, Latin, funk. That’s your bass player, Roberto Fasciani.
